Release of Information ChartSwap Integration
Updox has partnered with ChartSwap to help simplify the exchange of patient records between healthcare providers and requestors (law firms, record retrieval organizations, insurance companies, etc). This means that requestors who use ChartSwap can search for your organization and send record requests electronically directly into the Updox Release of Information app. A release of information message will hit your Inbox when you receive one of these requests. You can then use the Release of Information app to collect and organize the requested documents, just like you can with record requests you create. When you have everything pulled together, you can quickly return the records to the requestor with a single click.
