My Location | My Notifications | My Upcoming Appointments
The Home tab is selected when you log in to your Patient Portal.
My Location
The My Location section provides information about the practice currently selected in the Locations field in the upper right corner of the Patient Portal.
If you see healthcare providers at another location associated with this practice, you can display information about that location by selecting the Locations drop-down and then selecting the facility name.
My Notifications
When a new message or health record is sent to your Patient Portal, the sender’s name is listed in the My Notifications section.
To view the message details, select View Details. The message opens in the Messages tab.
My Upcoming Appointments
Reminders of your upcoming appointments appear in the My Upcoming Appointments section.
To view the appointment details, select View Details. The Appointments tab opens, where you can view all your upcoming and past appointments.
